Suggested theme?
if your computer can handle the theme I would suggest you use the Aurora3 theme.
I recently re-built the banner for it... and.. well... I think it looks sexy. any negative feedback is welcomed, I always wanna do better.
to change your theme in IPB-2.5.6 it's simple. Either the bottom of the page (shown in fig-1)
or request one of the admins to change it for you, if you can't manage that 
enjoy the pretty theme.
and, keep the content coming.

Spam Prevention
As of today IPS released an update to the IP.B Advanced Captcha system. This system has been updated and enabled on IWannaHack to try an prevent any further spam bots making their way onto the forum.
With luck this will completely eliminate the chance of more spam bots signing up to our site... well for now anyway
